IOTA bitfinex bros need help, how do I move my 10k IOTA off exchange to my cold storage while China will try to ban exchanges tomorrow ? How do I even setup cold wallet with IOTA

Send them from exchange to the IOTA wallet, and from there to a cold storage I guess. (I dont know any cold storage and just have them on the IOTA wallet)

Download the official wallet, generate random seed (I use keepass to generate 81 digit password with all caps letters and replace some with 9s), open wallet, select light node, choose the bitfinex node, and attach address to tangle. Now copy address and transfer a few iota from finex to make sure you got it right, then transfer the rest of your funds. Store keystore file on USB, use industrial SLC USB for long term storage
