How do you guys stop from fluctuating up and down. I've been dancing around 4 for a while and make minor progress every week but don't know when to hodl and when to sell.
Also, do you hold as BTC ETH or something else when you sell?

just try to occasionally take a small profit when the charts start declining from major points of resistance, and place orders to buy back in at support areas. Although depending on the quantity you're dealing with this can be a worse idea than just hodling
