What are the very basic rules of day trading?

I thought I didn't really want to get into it, but after just looking for good long-term hodls, I'm starting to get the hang of flipping a bit for profit here & there, and want to reinvest it.

First off......what's the meaning behind "sell into the buy wall, buy into the sell wall"?
