safe approach would be OMG, higher risk higher reward is golem.

I think OMG has a more solid foundation and even if the news wont be great I dont see it falling much and in the long term you will make gains with OMG. I dont like Golem all that much personally as a long term hold but it has a smaller marketcap so if they have big news they will likely go up more relatively to OMG.
