now, however, as you can tell by the charts and the recent posts, we could be headed into a pretty serious downturn after the Sept 4 drop.

long story short, don't immediately believe whatever is posted on youtube or /biz/.

just because someone can make a bunch of videos talking into the camera, or just because someone can write some words on the screen, doesn't mean they know what the fuck they are talking about.

some biz calls are good, but many of them are also terrible.

all shitcoins and altcoins alike are trading in tandem with btc...usually that wouldn't be the case and coins would rise or fall mainly on their own merits and partially due to their relative value to btc.

but now you have only a few coins going up on their own merits, like omg, and the rest going down badly whenever btc prices lower in fiat terms.

so if btc going down in fiat price drags down most other altcoins, then they are acting more like derivatives of btc rather than true alternatives.
