When I've been putting in my altcoin buys, I buy in BTC so obviously my BTC stack goes down. However I haven't been recording these sells in blockfolio so it appears that I have much more BTC than I actually do

How am I supposed to record a trade? Do I have to both write the altcoin buy and the bitcoin sell at the same time??

if you're going to do something with the information like trade then I think twice a day is enough, unless something is happening. If not and you're just gonna look at the numbers and hold then you can delete it from your phone

i literally refresh it multiple times in a minute
i need help

i check my stocks twice a day, once after open, once after close
i check my blockfolio once every 5 minutes
