There's no way to avoid that shit, if you want a specific coin from them just look it up on coinmarketcap and see what other exchanges are selling it.

Poloniex is fucking shit exchange. i opened support ticket 4 weeks ago. anybody is answering!!!! stay away from poloniex. So far my fav exchanges are BITTREX and BINANCE

if you planned on making any money you would've had to give them that information anyway
for the first little while i got by with no verification but after a while of trading a $2k withdrawal limit per day is unbelievably constricting, especially when polo still doesn't trade a few really good coins (ARK, BAT, ANT)
