Ethereum is overdue for a correction but Ethereum is undervalued. Its also going to go up at the end of the month so people are hording it.

This means new money wants to wait for a dip but they are stupid and dont know these things and holders who know wont let it dip. So you have to wait for an ICO to dump their ether if you want to see it move down so it can go back up.
