It's telling me the withdrawal completed hours ago but the transaction hasn't even been initiated. What do?

there are eth issues across the board with all wallets and exchanges. relax and let them sort it out

I had this happen about 5 days ago, I withdrew my eth and it said confirmed on polo but never showed up in my wallet. I submitted a support ticket but I don't think they even read it. I finally got my eth yesterday
