A Question i asked myself for quite some time.
If i buy 10 Shitcoins, each shitcoin is worth 0.2 BTC.
Then next day, BTC goes up by 50%.
Will shitcoin now still be worth 0.2 BTC or 0.1 BTC?

That depends on how heavy your shitcoin correlates with BTC. Both scenarios are possible.

I figured the price adjusted to the BTC change and it kept its value (shitcoin worth $10 before, the BTC value would adjust so it was $10 after)
Other things held constant of course.
Ive been wondering this too though.

Right, because not only is the fiat price remaining flat, people are actively selling off the fiat to buy BTC because of the sudden jump in price. You'd definitely see this in a 50% BTC jump over a day. A 1% daily gain over 50 days probably wouldn't.

If nothing happened with your coin, then I imagine it would be worth 0.1333333333BTC.
