>>
>>3278969
How many ETH should I send you?

DAMNIT I JUST SENT MY ETH TO AN ADDRESS PAST CAP
>>
why is this like the only pool left? smells fishy
>>
Anyone know how long this presale is going on until? My deposits won't clear until Friday unfortunately.
>>
>>3279169
it's a risk yes, but maybe this anon is just the jesus you've been waiting for
>>
Anyone with more knowledge than that can comment on how safe this is?
>>
>>3279294
it seems legit but you cant know the cap for sure, op says its 300, i guess you have to trust him
>>
>>3279321
Has there been a clear answer yet on what happens if it goes over the cap?
>>
According to chainlink slack, devs are seriously backlogged going through presale applications, so chances are 0% that you'll get in at this point.
>>
Read the smart contract first, he could have adjusted it - since he hasnt sent the E-Mail i would stay away
>>
How can you check the actual smart contract for edits?
>>
>>3279332
>Has there been a clear answer yet on what happens if it goes over the cap?
no

i think you can email [email protected]
and ask if this address is legit, maybe try to ask what the cap is as well. not sure if this works though, just saw someone posting this on their slack
>>
>>3279321
the lowest cap was 100 eth, so even if he's lying you at least know it's safe to 100
>>
>>3279342
the destination address isnt a smart contract dumbass, you can confirm this yourself by going to the chainlink url, and copy and pasting the ether address into etherscan. here i did it for you https://etherscan.io/address/0x9677f888E576274079465d076753a4CF7416Bd77
>>
>>3279342
>>3279353

The contribution addresses aren't contracts. They're just addresses controlled by the chainlink team
>>
>>3279354
yes you can confirm with them but by the time they get back to you it's over

Yeah, unbelieveable.

BTW, is ChainLink a Ethereum Token? Another Etherdelta episode would be great
>>
>>3279455

LINK will be an ERC20 token yes.

Why do y'all think the link is a scam?
>>
>>3279499
>Why do y'all think the link is a scam?

It's not.
Guys, don't spread the link further pls. Dont want to exceed the cap.
>>
Can you preset and ETH address that receive all the Link tokens?

That would be an easy way to scam people.
>>
>>3279543

They didn't ask for an address before the presale and have stated that LINK would be distributed proportionally to contributing addresses.

If they later as for a single address from presale email receivers to get all the funds then we're fucked but I imagine they won't do that.
>>
I deposited once yesterday and again today. When do we receive our tokens? I didn't get an option to input email so I assume you will send to my ETH address?
>>
>>3279341
This sounds like bullshit. Unless they're manually going through the applications (lol) or they're letting people buy in after already selling everything.

>>
>>3279667
Its as real as the other links that were here yesterday, but those all got filled. Good luck in your decision anon.
>>
>>3279667
The one in OP is real. Been monitoring it on etherscan since the first transaction:
https://etherscan.io/address/0x9677f888E576274079465d076753a4CF7416Bd77

And just bought in myself.

The rest of the links itt, I have no clue.

And don't believe the fud about orders getting backed up, there is a set fucking amount being sold in the presale. Nobody fucking dropped their abacus and lost count.
>>
>>3279693
I know all others outside of OP link are just idiots. OP link looks 90% real but I just cant be 100% assured.
>>
>>3279693
Based. I've been watching etherscan too making sure its a legit link, glad we got in
>>
>>3279693

>>
Thank you for your contribution and support, this presale link and the presale address previously displayed here are no longer active.

Please don't send any additional ETH to the address previously displayed here, as it will be returned to the sending address.

OP address has a 100 eth limit. It's over.
>>
>>3279719
Think of it this way, the link in OP is just some dude who requested a 300 eth contract from the presale site.
This dude then posted the contract online for other people to contribute in.
The ETH always goes to chainlink itself, never to anyone else.
And even though chainlink is trying to make people buy at least 100 ETH worth at a time, they are committed to distributing evenly among the ETH addresses from which they receive ETH, regardless of amount of ETH invested.

>>3279746
The link is an official presale link, only the website admin can change that address. The address is chainlink's.

***IMPORTANT***
In any case, there are rarely any guarantees in life, so only invest what you can afford to flush down the toilet. I put in 1.95 ETH exactly.
And make sure you send from a private wallet (like myetherwallet) and not from an exchange.
>>
>>3278969

Another one.

All of the links now display this message. I believe they hit the presale cap. This also implies they will honor all contributions. Congrats to those who got in. We did it boys.

TO THE MOON
>>
>>3279778
Well I guess the scam was OP saying the limit was 300.

Excess contributions are supposed to be refunded, but don't quote me on that. Read it on a forum and I don't remember where. Source was probably that slack forum.

Any more links kind anons?
>>
https://etherscan.io/address/0x9677f888e576274079465d076753a4cf7416bd77

What was the last transaction that got in under 100? If I add everything up I dont get to ~130ETH as the link claims. Strange
>>
>>3279824
How much? Do some digging, I read somewhere that excesses will be refunded. The source for this is probably that slack forum where the devs have been posting: http://slack.smartcontract.com/

Also, try shooting them an email.

And keep us posted pls.
>>
That may actually be a 300ETH link, Slack says that every link was closed.
>>
>>3279887
Yeah, from what I understand they weren't giving out many 100 eth links these past few days. It was always the larger ones.
>>
>>3279887
Did they justified it?
>>
>>3279887
But they'll honor all contributions prior to the closing, right?

More like a Slack rumour.
Not an official post, take it with a grain of salt.
>>
>>3279945
DAMN IT
>>
>>3279945
The deactivation notification showed up pretty much at exactly 100 ETH, so I think this particular contract was simply a 100 ETH contract, and OP lied and said it was 300 just to make sure it got fulfilled.

Otherwise he might have ended up with a 90% contract that nobody would want to risk completing.

"The devs deactivated all links!!" just smells like FUD.
>>
>>3279945
I really hope we poorfags have a chance at crowdsale, at least.
>>
>>3279979
just get in during the ico, should have time if youre quick
>>
>>3279987

They did. It's not FUD. It just implies the presale hit its cap.
>>
>>3279987
Someone in Slack was monitoring another one with a 300 cap and it closed at 85.
>>
>>3280005
>>3280009

In that case, they better honor my last-minute contribution.
>>
>>3280015
What do you mean with honor?
>>
>>3278969
What's even the bonus of buying this before the ico? 10% more coins for free?
>>
>>3280023
Give me the tokens I bought with ETH before the presale closed.
>>
>>3279789
You faggot, sending DM's to people on slack.
>>
>>3279824
Seems like you're fine after all.

The contract was likely indeed a 300 ETH contract, but it seems like the presale limit was just reached, and all contracts were closed.

If your ETH payment shows up in the etherscan list: https://etherscan.io/address/0x9677f888E576274079465d076753a4CF7416Bd77
you got in before the contract was force closed.

If not, the message says excesses will be refunded.
>>
Did anyone have their ETH bounce back after trying to send after closing?
>>
>>3280215

It's not a smart contract so that wouldn't happen but it is likely it would be refunded during distribution
>>
>>3280029
20%
>>
>>3280249
Just sent 0.001 ETH, and it showed up in the etherscan.

I'd really love to know at what time exactly the presale was force closed.
