NEO dumped because Asia started buying QTUM. It's basically ETH on steroids, and offers everything NEO does but on a more advanced level. There's already projects being created on the QTUM platform.
NEO is going to continue to fall whilst QTUM will continue to rise.
Out with the old and in with the new.

It dumped along with every other coin when Bitcoin surged to an ATH. Compare it's "dump" to NEOs dump.
It also has a higher volume than NEO on every Asian exchange they're both listed on.
