Because it's being artificially propped up by the money that spawned it (Ver, Jihan etc). The few miners mining it are losing money hand over fist. It's being pumped on the Korean exchanges in a last ditched effort to try and hold on. Shitcoin is inherent shitcoin. It's not rocket science.
