The slack channel has been open for a few weeks now. Sergey has even posted a picture of himself holding a piece of paper with the current block number. This isn't Enigma 2.0 because the devs would have found out about it a long time ago, this shady behavior has been going on for a week now.

Sergey is a well known guy in the blockchain community. Obviously they aren't going to take the money and run because his name is attached.

What I think is that they did a piss poor job of calculating market cap, how many presale applications to accept, and all that sort of stuff.
