Hey /biz/ I want to start an actual company. Not just make another shitcoin. Should I incorporate in California or Nevada?
I live in California but the tax situation ridiculous. And Nevada has much lower fees and taxes. But will the costs of running a foreign corporation and paying for a registered agent outweight the money saved in taxes and fees? Will California try to shaft me for extra tax money if I end up actually turning a profit? Why choose an LLC over a C corporation?
Corporation General I guess.
Multi member LLC in Delaware.

Delaware is far as fuck and I don't have anyone else to run the board with me that I trust. I'm aware that Delaware has similar tax laws to Nevada but I just can't reliably tend to business that far away from home if anything comes up that requires my physical presence.
