wallets have nothing to do with transaction fees, but you're gonna want a wallet that actually lets you control the fees. some of them retardedly don't. i recommend electrum.

jaxx is also a good wallet that lets u control ur fees also it has shapeshift and other other cryptos like eth,ltc and so on
