maybe your heard about somthing like Omisgo and the try to decentralized exchanges in the ETH network. We dont need a ICO for that we implemented atomic cross chain transaction . swap your LTC or BTC whenever you want for wahtever reason without any exchange or 3rd party.

Then why Litecoin it has a x4 blocktime because of segwit both are litrally the same you can use the fast blocktime in LTC for BTC transactions
