My GF showed me the Netflix doc on BTC the other day. Something along the lines of "hey check this out - isn't that the magic internet money you keep buying?"

Probably. Normies will register on Coinbase and buy 100USD/100GBP/100EUR/3,000,000YEN of BTC because the netflix told them that in just 3 easy steps they'll be driving a lambo coon-tarsh. Thus the value increases. I'd wager that recent spikes have something to do with normie involvement.

Probably not. Aside from the fact that it's a lot easier to buy BTC than it is to sell them for FIAT (brb on Coinbase selling my BTC WTF is a SEPA FML aarrrghhhhh i'm normie), they will want to be able to say that they are involved in the big crypto boom, and it's only 100 units of currency anyway so hey fuck it, plus the leddit told them to 'hodl' so whatever mayne.

I made 100k man. Feels fucking good. Cashed out 20k and am just chilling on it now while I work full time. Looking to buy a small house now and rent out on of the rooms to my normie friends.
But, really, here is a good place to start. Go to CoinDesk and look at their Blockchain 101 section. Learn what you can about the TECH behind all this shit. It will help you make decisions in the future and protect you against pump and dumps. It won't make sense at first, but trust me, it will "click" one day. Also read The Age of Cryptocurrency by Vigna. Get the audiobook off audible and listen to it at 1.5x speed, as it is a year dated now and SO MUCH has happened in that year.
