You just need to install blockfolio. You put the amount of money you want to spend on Bitcoins into your blockfolio program, and then proceed to make trades accordingly. When it's time to cash out they will wire you any profits you made trading to your bank account. Don't sign up or register for any sites, that is a scam and they're probably just phishing for info.
