Do financial retarded people make you sad or angry at all?
Talked to a coworker who literally takes out a payday loan every two weeks and complains about not having enough money for cigarettes and rent. Can someone explain how normies rationalize decisions like this?

They think they're gonna get a promotion/pay raise every couple of years until they comfortably retire. They were raised by one of the most prosperous generations of all time and are ill-equipped to deal with the current state of the economy

0 sympathy for them
I would like to educate them just enough to nudge them over the poverty line. So they contribute to taxes instead of drawing from them. That way I don't get taxed more when the next liberal president thinks the country's money should be used to take care of more poor people.

You're going to get taxed more regardless. Personally I hope it gets worse, but not to those in my circles. I don't want to become a wealthy elite at all but I think it's going to be entertaining to see how they're going dig themselves out of the hole they buried themselves in.

>bad parenting
>worthless public school systems perpetrated by teacher's unions and corrupt politicians that teach nothing of value
>entitlement society
you could have stopped this

I'm only one man. The only impact I will ever have is donating $200 to fund supertroopers 2.

someone has to lose for you to win
One thing I don't get is how people at work who are married and earn more than me always talking about being broke all the time and have no concept of putting money in a savings account or investing.
I've even had coworkers suggest that I dip into my 401k to pay for vacations.

Dipping into 401k for a vacation shows that person has absolutely no finance control. These people should be shamed, yet they never are.
