Loan interest rates are virtually always higher than your gains will be... also loan interest rates can go up..


Further a bank is not going to give you 100K out of the blue without any guarantees. You need property for example ( in case you don't pay back your loan the bank sells your house)

OP. To make any money you'd have to earn more in realized returns than the interest rate. And lets be honest, your credit score sucks. I don't think you can earn more than 9% through passive investing. You'll lose money.

If you could get a loan of at least 300K at a low interest like 2% or less it could work.. that would leave you on average 15k (7% - paying 2% bank interest) for living expenses. This is too good and won't happen. Never take out a loan for investments you have no control over. You would kys OP, don't do it.
