My company offers a 401K through VOYA. I know nothing about 401Ks, but these are the options listed below. Is a 401K worth it? Which of these should I choose? The one with the highest % annual return for 10 years? I have a document that shows the annual return for 1yr/5yr/10yrs for each of these. Or should I just invest in stocks instead so I don't have to wait until I'm an old fuck to access this money?

Probably pick a vanguard. How much you should put in depends on company matching
>>
>>3143486
Should I put in the largest amount that my company will match 1:1? Not quite sure how that works.

Does doubling your money immediately sound like a good idea?
Say they match up to 5% of your salary at 100% and an additional 2% at 50%, then you should put in 7%

I usually get raises in January, should I wait until my raise to sign up for this?
