Bitcoin is about to break out of a meme triangle, either up or down. It's at $4113. Technicals up to this point are actually sort of bullish but fundementals are shit. I'm currently shorting it and don't believe in technicals, but I always try to consider the "what if I'm wrong" possibility.
Which way do you think BTC will go by Monday? Up or down from $4113? I'm closing my position if it hits $4200.

d-d-down please
It will bounce around $4000 - $4400 then when segwit is actually activated it will moon to $5k.

The technicals are probably making you shit yourself, huh? I keep reading FUD threads about the fork and it's making me feel better about my position, but I'm worried that the fake Tether could keep this coin floating indefinitely.
It can honestly go either way.
>>3143356
When's the activation? There's also "buy the rumor, sell the news" in play such that it could crash after segwit... so I'd personally exit before then.
Chances of BTC dropping to under a dollar so I can afford to buy some?
>>3143276
It will go down. School is about to start and kids need their money for supplies and lunch.
>>3143389
I have no idea what I'm doing to be honest. Although looking at every time before it's gone down massively after big gains.
>>3143461
You can buy fractions. It's REALLY risky though right now. Like I said it could go up or down, so you might as well hit the casino.
I have a gambling addiction, I admit, so that's why I'm shorting it.

>BIP 141 (Segregated Witness) activation is scheduled to take place in: 400 Blocks
I'd say wednesday.
>>3143534
Then what it moons to 10k?
DESU, after Spoofy's tether shenanigans and the BCC debacle, people have had plenty of time to get used to it being 4k, and there is a support line now at the 3800 level.
I seriously would not be surprised to see it stay where it is, and break up even further.
But if that support gets broken, it's gonna be a long way down.
>>3143276
I sold some yesterday (small amount as am poorfag). Going to look for reentry at $2500
>>3143581
Probably. SegWit clears the path to solving the scaling problem permanently.
>>3143534
What's this then? I'm fairly new.
>>3143871
I have no idea.
I just know that the SegWit we're talking about (BIP-141) locked in some time ago and will activate on wednesday.
if BTC moons will my alts moon along with it?
Confused about this.
Only holding good alts btw, no shitcoins
>>3143703
.....LOL
you won't see btc at $2500......prolly EVER again
Ahahahahaha
>>3143276
OP uses "fundamentals" and "technicals" to reference crypto unironically. They are antithetical to crypto you brainless, LARPing faggot.
>>3143276
oh look, its falling
>>3143276
Im sitting out of btc. Im not sure whether its going up or down. In the case of either alts can either dump or even moon more if whales will it.
We're going to the moon Monday
