I'm renting out a 2 room apartment in an european capital

Back in 2011 sold a load of computer hardware, maybe 7k € total, before they hit me with an account freeze. There's a certain limit you can reach until you have to declare to them whether you're a business or not.

I'm reading that the limit seems to be 1900€ annually now, not sure if completely true, maybe they reduced it since i last used it much.

Just have a good excuse for the income if you don't want to declare yourself as a business. Though if the cash is coming from AirBnB, i guess you'd have to be honest about it.

I don't know about how airbnb works but if you have all your money in your paypal you can just buy cryptos (preferably BTC) and sell them locally, either for their market price (people would buy because it's anonymous and less bullshit) or maybe at slightly below market price like -5% or so, and be paid in cash, which would still be lower than having it taxed.
