What cryptocurrency exchanges have no protection against flash crashes? I want to put in a ridiculously low buy order for ETH just to see if I can get them for 10c such as what happened in the GDAX flash crash. Have exchanges now implemented circuit breakers or am I good to go?

Give it another year. But if you lurk moar, you might find something interesting.
none have any real protection, coinbase just shuts down when eth moves a lot
poloniex, gdax and kraken all had flash crashes of eth this year, but I think only the gdax one took it to around 0
you have to be patient, and I think gdax closes unfilled orders after a few days
dont expect to make money this way, whales use every exchange and are big on arbitrage

I'm a long term BTC hodler anyway so it makes sense to set up some of these orders so my BTC gets a secondary use as a kind of lottery ticket. Of course there is a real risk of exchanges being hacked and my funds being taken but I guess that's the risk I'd have to take.
