I wrote a trading bot, currently querying a market of my choice once a minute, recording bids and asks and possibly executing a buy or a sell.
However, it's more difficult to make him teigger happy than expected (while selling higher than I bought). Q:
What are some good buy and sell conditions for a crypto market?

>setRSI 95 Buy
you do realize that entire software development teams develop those bots over the course of years, right?
you don't just write a dozen lines of code and suddenly have a money printing machine.
>>3125607
well that's the $20 million question isn't it?

5% drop buy on one of the front page coins = buy 5% increase = sell. Repeat for money.

I agree with you. I am writing bots myself. Algorithms for trading are worth millions. You think someone will just give you algo so you will earn money without even doing anything?
Writing code for buy, sell,... is easy. Amateur programmers can do that... Sorry. I am just honest with you. >>3125607
If you want, we can talk about bots and stuff here on our channel.

Buy low and sell high, Anon. >>3125607
>>3125620
elaborate?
>>3125620
Of course, I'm just asking for optimization.
Crypto is quite special in that it has a vastly growing overall market cap. It's guaranteed that both BTC and ETH will in the near future both be higher than they are now. Thus, buying BTC and waiting is less essicient than buying a ETH-BTC dip and selling a ETH high, as this accumulates BTC.
Ergo, any improvement in dip and peak recognition improves gains.

my first attempts did something similar, the problem is that you then buy during a crash and bind your btc into some crashing coin. That's what I mean with "make buy and sell more trigger happy". You don't want to lock yourself. Dip recognition must be more sophisticated.it must be an actual dip, not just red candles
It's pretty simple
When you look at a graph and go 'HOLY SHIT ITS TIME TO BUY' or 'HOLY SHIT I NEED TO SELL NOW' ask yourself what you saw that made you say that and then translate it into code.

In a risig market, selling is less of an issue, it's about the time to buy.
Sadly, the bot doesn't read the news.
>>3125620
This is bullshit. I have my own bot which outperforms the market for specific coins/circumstances which are fairly easy to find. Can run for months at a time with no supervision and make 1500%+.
You're just rationalizing your own failure away, it's pretty easy to build a functional indicator and attach some buy and sell triggers.
>>3125752
Then how do you buy? There's enough normie money for the both of us
buy high sell low
Figure it out, friendo.
