Good question. Why?
>listening to 4chan
What are you scared of, every market does this shit. What are your hands made of, clay? Get better ones, because those are big bags and you're gambling for instant gains in a game you're supposed to play like a sniper trying to hit a terrorist fuck from more than 1 kilometer out with an awp: you settle in, watch the terrain, wait for the opportune moment and then BANG!
Hopefully this will be the last time you throw money you're afraid to lose at something as volatile as crypto, but if not you have only your own greed to blame.
Salud, my friend!

This is nothing like a sniper trying to hit a terrorist fuck from more than 1 kilometer out with an awp. Settle in? Watch the terrain? With your fucking boyfriend anon? No. This is like clearing terrorist fucks at close range. Move and fire, move and fire, move and fire.

That's the kind of attitude that gets people like our friend OP in a fucking hole, sir. People who make money play smart, not fast and loose.
>>3110893
Yeah except when you try to cash out and you end up owing more than you made because you kept trading shit coins. You do understand that losses on day trading are not deducted from earnings?
Let's say you started with $20k worth of BTC and bought ANS, then made 5x your money.
You owe tax on $80k.
Then you trade ANS for another coin and lose $30k. You're left with $50k.
Then you trade that coin for another and it turns into $150k. You now owe taxes on $80k plus $100k.
Let's say you trade into another coin and lose $80k. You are now a total of $70k, up $50k on your original investment... but guess what? You owe taxes on $180k, which is like 45% depending on your state. You owe the IRS around $80k and you only have $70k.

Your attitude is what has him holding a cooked grenade in some fucking sniper spa. LZ is at BTM OP, we'll get you home safe.

Capital loss offsets capital gain
>>3111000
It's not capital gain unless you hold for more than a year, otherwise it's taxed as income and the losses are not offset. So unless you only trade once a year you're going to get cucked by the IRS.
>>3111038
Well if it's income you should be able to expense the loss. I'm not actually an amerifat so not going to take this further, but if you're not able to deduct the loss against the gain you are doing it wrong.
>>3111064
well if you aren't an amerilard then you either live in a shit hole, a communist shit hole, or a socialist shit hole where you pay 50% taxes on everything already.
The whole point of these laws are to discourage rampant day trading since it has a negative impact on markets.

>muh only country is free!
Kys
Im getting in on an ICO. What the fuck are you going to do?
>>3111117
also get in on an ICO? The legal fault is on the sellers of a coin during ICO, not the buyers, which is why they don't try very hard to stop ameritards from buying...
>>3111099
I'm in a country that respects both sides of the accounting ledger
>>3110985
Please tell me how my attitude of Calm The Fuck Down is what put the guy in his rapidly increasing hole?
Try harder to make sense, you're not quite achieving your goal.
>>3111194
yes, that's easy for a government to respect when they take 50% of your earnings.
