China does not accept or deal with round-eye whitto piggu products or services. Most large western companies that have tried to stake themselves in the Chinese markets have failed miserably, and it will be the same for foreign cryptocurrencies. China loves homegrown business, homegrown tech and the government makes damn sure its their own people who are in charge of the market (which is totally justified imo).
