I thought the same thing but with ~2k. I just bit the bullet and bought in during a dip to 3700. It seems as though the price has been relatively stable around 4k and there might not be a dip at all. I'd say invest half in the 4k range and save 4k in case it dips hard.
But don't listen to me i've lost a lot of money on these markets.
