Fucking crypto.

Why dont they want people to use bitcoin as a currency?
It seems like they either want you to take payments or send payments. They dont want you to use it to facilitate user transactions.
who uses fucking coinbase for payments.
My company uses shapeshift and coinpayments, works perfect.

Thanks, we're integrated with coinpayments now. Will look into shapeshift.
I think coinbase was first integrated since people could buy things in small amounts without paying tx fees if they were also a coinbase user.
>currency
>cannot pay with it
naah thanks

We've actually done a little over ~2k transactions mainly from people spending altcoins. Bitcoin buyers usually drop a couple hundred at once and never do the small transactions.
Because we facilitate user2user transactions we only get a small commission.
It'd honestly be more profitable to just sell directly to users with a markup instead of trying to do what we're doing with user to user stuff.
