This looks like you have 2375 ZRX tokens and. 095 ether still to trade. You need to withdraw the tokens from the exchange to you wallet then you can send them to your ether wallet. Since this exchange is decentralized you have to send - > deposit - > trade - > withdraw - > send instead of a normal exchange which is just send buy send

I sent eth from myetherwallet but you could use metamask yes, everything is down right now though.

send it to the account created by etherdelta from the etherdelta main account.. and just then transfer it to your normal account, or use mew with the private key... the tokens are there anon. no worries.
