Maybe a dev selling off his coins or something like that. Probably not that, but it's definitely not a sign of an increase in price, but more likely the opposite.

There is no way to make money in CFI except for PnD. There's no mechanism for it in place yet. It's just a loan to the dev team to invest in other projects to make money and you get jack shit. Think about it for longer than a second.
