Thoughts on Propy (real estate blockchain crypto)? The token sale is still ongoing and if one buys today there is a 10% bonus.

Today they announced this:

Propy, the global property store, and decentralized title registry announced today they are partnering with the government of Ukraine to allow online real estate purchases by foreign investors for the first time. From the capital Kiev to the Black Sea beach cities, Propy will enable Ukrainian properties to be sold entirely online.

Useless. It's just a different application of asset creation which is nothing unique to this ICO.
