Hi /biz/
So apparently I'm kind of retarded. I'm trying to get started with cryptos but I can't figure out programs.
Thus far I'm signed up on poloniex and local bitcoins with ID verified. From here, is there a single site that allows me to trade bitcoins across multiple currencies? I've downloaded blockfolio on my phone but I can't seem to find a way to create an account to finance directly through that.
Plz help. I'm so dumb.
self bump
bump for laughing at stupid people like me

I'm going to take pity on you.
>Blockfolio
Is a cryptocurrency asset viewer. While it says "complete cryptocurrency management" there is nothing there to link your exchange accounts to it to trade directly in the app currently.
You manually enter crypto symbols (BTC, LTC, ETH, NEO) to watch the price or manually add buys and sells from whatever exchange you use.
> Poloniex
Is one of many various cryptocurrency exchanges, Bittrex, Kraken, GDAX, Liqui, etc... are all places you can trade BTC (sometimes ETH) for another cryptocurrency. Not all exchanges offer the same cryptos for exchange, and they all have various fees and issues. Personally I would recommend to stay away from Poloniex, it has had severe issues over the summer with their platform, so much so they had to update their TOS to basically cover their ass for any little future issue.
> Exchanges
In general you should always look up reviews and potential issues about exchanges. You're going to be sending money there that you want to get back safely. Most people end up buying a cryptocurrency from an exchange and then withdrawing their funds into their own private wallet for safe-keeping. Should something horrible happen to said exchange, your assets are secure in their own wallet.
