Why are people afraid of hard forks of bitcoin? If the BCC fiasco taught us anything, it's that you get money for free if you hold your coins through the fork, so if anything you should be buying in and pumping up BTC in the run up to a fork...so why do people cash out and flee BTC?

Well yes...what was stopping people taking their BTC and BCC and cashing out both. They've then made money from nothing from cashing out the BCC
