So I wanted to buy an Antminer D3 on ebay because I am way too late to the party and I see this

They are selling them for ridiculously low prices + a sum of 1.50-2 BTC, this is a scam right?

Like if you pay the sum of BTC and then they don't deliver they are only obliged to refund the amount you paid through ebay right?

With so many retards on the internet what prevents anyone from profiting this way? I have a 80 rep ebay account and If retards actually fell for this I would't care about losing it
