/g/ here, i would like to start investing some in btc. my question is should i buy now or wait till the drop?

whats do you goys think?
how much would be enough to get started?

cheers :)
>>
Wait till 3600, if this doesn't happen by the end of next week just get in at whatever price you're comfortable with

BTC is on a tear right now, but volatility will come back. I bet it will crash to $3500 in about a week or two, then two or so weeks after that begin its moon mission to $6000.
>>
Why would you wait for the price drop? Buy high, sell low

some biased people here (holders), expect (want) it to keep mooning exponentially, like last two previous events

truth is, the trend isn't like those years before, it's has take longer and meet more resistances in the market, hype is high, but also the buthurt memories of those who holded around 2014.

If you look for long, you better wait till shit happens, so you're not the one taking high risks

When buying you should realice it's going to be on a steady negative trend for pretty long all over again

Would it be worth buying £200~ of BTC on Friday to make a quick little return? I've been setting up my old Bitcoin wallet and I have been monitoring the spikes, but I am never sure of the right time to buy. Surely they're gonna drop soon right?

shorting has different levels of risks on different trend structures

this is the biggest risk: cost of being wrong.

Cryptos are speculation, not investing.

same thing

Not in the long term
