Good lord I should've taken the time to read what an ICO is.
Thing is, the PaaS itself is in a bright gray area, and the whole thing should go untaxed.
Is that possible?

Develop good concept, get a working product and have an ICO for a split of the profits.

I don't know what the safest methodology would be, but I think if you're planning on tax avoidance, crypto would be the best way to do it.
