Stop jizzing over crypto for a second and go check out ShotSpotter ($SSTI)
This stock is fucking great. Accelerating revenue growth, ps ratio under 5 (for a SAAS company, stupidly low), expanding contract in NYC, popping up in new cities constantly, profitability in sight, growing institutional ownership, strong analyst support, still small and flying under the radar.
It's not a new company and contract opportunities are drying up. They almost never turn a profit and their tech isn't all that useful in reality. I'd trust crypto more than SSTI.

I'd rather jizz over crypto
So, how many options did you buy?

Not new but newly public. Not turning a profit is not really important for small cap tech companies. If you look at the market, most high growth tech companies with market caps under $3 billion or so are not profitable, or even close to it. Revenue and revenue growth are the most important metrics in measuring them. Good revenue growth can translate into profitability in the future. It is easier to solve margin problems than revenue problems.
Also their tech is very useful. It has led to arrests and it has gotten police to victims faster. Check out what the NYPD had to say about their experience using ShotSpotter.
Also opportunities are not drying up. They've only touched the tip of the iceberg. Just in the US they only have tapped into a tiny portion of the market. They could not only expand the services they offer, but they can expand outside of the US eventually... but for now, there is still a massive untapped market that they can get into here. The fact that their revenue growth is accelerating rapidly proves that opportunities are not drying up.

If there were options available I would definitely be buying long term ones. Unfortunately they do not trade on CBOE yet.

Risky to try to time the market on something so thinly traded. They have shit volume.
Btw I own some actually
