I would say OMG is a gone rocket all others are a good buy still.

I did literally 10 minutes of research on omisego, realised it had a legitimate and effective business plan, and then invested heavily.

In contrast, when NMR was pumping, I researched it, realised it was trendy garbage and did a 360 and walked away. It's not hard, just do some research and ask yourself: does this crypto have potential real world applications? Will people want to buy it? Does it have technology/economic viability beyond what the other 800 cryptos offer?

Those questions led me to invest in neo and omg before they became big, now i'm sitting on 77k.

My other hold is ark, which I believe will at least double in december when smart bridge tech is implemented.
