Buy BTC on Coinbase. Then you have to send it to your bittrex wallet. There are videos on YouTube showing you how to do it.

Then with that BTC, buy OMG.

Finally, from the Bittrex home page, find the BTC-OMG market or the ETH-OMG market.

Buy from there.
