There are a million ways to start a business. You can learn as you go along and don't have to invest much other than time.

For example: build a website on some niche topic. Generate traffic. Monetise traffic.

Building a business doesn't have to be expensive. That's what working at big 4 does to you. There are so many people selling basic stuff and making 10x what people at big 4 do. The only difference is these people had a go at doing it themselves. They didn't rack up loads of experience at some bullshit corporate speak nonsense paper pushing consultancy firm. They just sell a product/service for more than they pay for it.
