w-w-why?
There are no notable money matches in eSports currently and I strongly doubt that the sole existence of this token will change that.
Why would players be interested in money matches anyways? Players are of such a varying skill level that you can easily tell whether you’re gonna win or lose for almost every opponent. (Just look at the ranking the game already has assigned you.) And if you know you’re gonna lose, why bet?
Maybe the best players in the world would be interested in betting their own money, but you know what, they’re getting paid already. So well.

Dunno, I do money matches with my friends all the time, trading skins for example

I'm definitely interested in this if I can make money just by playing CS GO
the beta is already live for DOTA2 money matches too

The point is that you don't need to be a pro gamer to make money by playing games. Broadly speaking, this type of platform would allow you to bet on any competitive aspect of a game, provided these competitions can be validated through some API. Some players will make money betting and playing, some will make money checking scores and validating results. Although the platform is limited at the moment, the potential it has is huge, I just think that most people don't understand that.
