Why is someone demanding a loan at 2% interest rate when there are clearly loans at much much muuuuch lower %. It seems to be a bot doing it, as it's added periodically every 10 minutes or so. But why? What am I missing
here?

Beginners don't necessarily know you can ask for whatever % you want... I know this because the first couple of margin trades I ran on Polo, I just assumed 2% was a fixed loan rate by the exchange... I am not a smart man
