Honestly I fucking hate BCC and want it to die (SegWit is awesome) but that's a scary as fuck drop.
I might not have a choice...gotta pay rent this month.
>>
>>2998863
Can you explain why you hate it? I'm genuinely interested.
>>
>>2998870
Because if all the scaling problems actually could be solved by changing a single number in the code...Core has been fucking us for years.
People say big blocks are good for miners, but honestly small blocks have been handing them incredible fees lately.
I'm not much of a techie but if core has been fucking us for years and BCC is the answer it should have been done years ago.
>>
>>2998886
Isn't that a reason to hate BTC and not BCC? BCC is giving you what core has been refusing to do for so many years.
>>
>>2998870
He hates money.

To me both is shit, but Chink money > SJW crypto
>>
>>2998886
Doubling the block size doubles the transactions. Whoop de doo, you now have 2/100,000 of what VISA does instead of 1/100,000 at the cost of making your coin much more centralized and harder to run.

brainlets can't understand that all transactions in the world can't possibly be stored on a single distributed database. it's amazing really. just change 1 mb to 8 mb HOW DID NO ONE THINK OF THIS
makes me really sad

Stupid goyim don't understand the blocksize constraint is not about fitting all transactions on the blockchain but rather pushing people into sidechains™

BCC will eventually get the lightning network as well, without segwit and you won't be forced into some trademarked kike bullshit. You'll still be able to do bigger purchases on chain (ie buy a tv or a car or some shit) and buy on the lightning network you can buy your coffee or dildo for instantaneous transactions.

The blocksize should be increased eventually to hundreds of Mb per block and hundreds of Gb with technical improvements over the coming years/decades.

You retarded BTC supports are actively fucking yourselves over in the long run, good luck using the blockchain in 5 years when its $50 per transaction.
>>
>>2999238
Is that a direct copy and paste from your script or did you actually come up with all of that yourself?
>>
>>2999245

the fuck does that even mean?
>>
>>2999238
Core also fucked up the 0-conf thing. Because (((insecure))). Fucking kikes. I used to buy my coffe at a place with that and then the kikes have to destroy it.

It's like the visa company deciding to cripple their own cards because someone "could" do a chargeback on their coffe... i have no words.
>>
>>2999245
listen to this jew. jewtrick #1: always accuse your enemy of doing what youre doing yourself.
>>
>>2999276
It doesn't really matter, because anyone falling to the FUD by the Jihan and Ver is already too stupid to understand any technicals, and they are willing to pump a lot of money to destroy the credibility of the actually valid chain with a future. The problem is that people doing it for the passion don't have the money to buy all the shills and sabotage.

How long will cashcucks delude themselves into thinking their shitcoin will replace BTC before recognizing that Jihan's little coup d'etat failed and they've thrown all their money in a sinking ship?
>>
>>2999272

BCC has 0-conf again because that replace-by-fee garbage has been removed, I can't remember why exactly they said it was needed but I'm pretty sure that was the first step to discourage on-chain transactions (along with strangling the network of course)
>>
>>2999300
>>2999295

Back when bitcoin was around $12-30 I was browsing 4chan regularly and just completely ignored it. I remember thinking to myself "what the fuck is this bitcoin bullshit and why are there so many threads about it".

Obviously I regret not looking into it - I was much more interested in looking up porn at that time.

Right now, with BCC forking off to continue developing bitcoin as it should be, strongly reminds me of those days when I could have bought up a fuck load for next to nothing but didn't.

I'm not missing out again, eat shit kikes.

>Ver and Jihan fud
kek, no really what?
>>
>>2999332
Next to nothing would be sub $20. BCC is fluctuating wildly around $300-$400. If it was lower I'd agree with you, but you're better off putting that money into ETH than BCC right now.
>>
>>2998863

>that's a scary as fuck drop

how new are you?
>>
>>2998835
it's an expected occurrence post-pump and btc is recovering anyway
bcc btfo
>>
>>2999351
this

if it was sub 20, I'd spend a 100 bucks for the lulz. Even if I lose everything, it's not like i'll lose sleep over that.
>>
>>2999351

>ETH

That humongous ponzi scheme is not getting a cent from me.

BCC is not going to go much lower, if it touches $200 again I'll be surprised, there's just too much potential for it to go any lower
>>
>>2999397
Basically every financial market operates like a ponzi scheme
>>
>>2999397
Lol okay now we know you're either getting paid or just blinded by fanaticism. No coin's "potential" keeps it from falling and dying lol are you fucking retarded?
>>
BCC is not going anywhere. Too much momentum and support by all the players and soon it will be more profitable to mine than bitcoin.

also big in japanTM. On bitflyer the biggest jap exchange(japan is the biggest or second biggest market for bitcoin after the us) you even have BCC->alt market...

I'm not very smart here...

So uh, am I correct in saying people are conspiring to manipulate the price down so the coin will be unprofitable to mine?
>>
>>2999829
The price is going down because nobody wants to buy this shitcoin. I'm not sure why you still have it in your wallet.

Quote from reddit that makes sense

"Theory: The unknown miner is an extremely well-organised pool of big miners expecting to be stiffed by the Hong Kong Agreement, keeping Bitcoin Cash alive as insurance.

So far they have acted in a way that helps BCC but also does not harm BTC.

Precisely timed blocks have made sure that there won't be a gold rush of miners to BCC until the price can support it. They are waiting for the price to go up, as opposed to adjusting the difficulty down too far.

They are probably also buying the BCC dumps which is what held the bottom price more than we all expected. This would be a very smart way of shifting their holdings to BCC under the radar."
>>
>>3001843
seems plausible to me
it's also possible that they've finally decided to execute order 66 and that last night's (this morning's) megadump on BTC and concurrent spike on BCH was a result of that
we may not see the full result for some weeks, but if it were to happen, it would be nothing short of biblical

>I can't remember why exactly they said it was needed

Replace by fee was added so your transactions don't get stuck when the fees get really high.

But, your fees don't get high if you just increase the block size. They literally just needed to change one number (block size limit) to fix the problem.

So delusional that core supporters had to

Manipulate, censor, and ban users who talked about bitcoin cash in a realistic or positive way.

Censor/ban users for bring up concerns about segwit and the yet to be coded lightning network.

Create "bcash" communities and attempt to spread it on several/all social platforms in attempt to rebrand bitcoin to damage/smear the name.

Most bitcoin followers blindly followed suit as it was encouraged by mods of many communities.

You all got hooked for a political level of shitstorm that is going on between the two coin. Core is now all closed door corportate meetings while cash is truer to satoshis whitepaper than segwit will ever be.

Enjoy being a puppet though with your core-porate coin.

I don't even mean to cockride bcc so hard but you need to look at this from outside the echo chambers most people are stuck in. Serious fuckery is going on and none of us matter. It's all the deep pockets and private interests having an all out war and it's just starting.
>>
>>3002420
>Censor/ban users for bring up concerns about segwit and the yet to be coded lightning network.
nice way to call astroturfing propaganda financed by a literal gazillionaire who bought up a lot of domains with the name btc and started literally paying people to mine his shitcoin.
