I've been watching a coins buy and sell orders for HOURS now. I still can't make out why the buy orders are going spastic, without any sell confirmations. Is this a whale trick to make a coin seem more valuable?

Bots and people adjusting bids. Whales just put a huge buy order to trick you to buy their bags. Or vice versa

the numbers aren't 'automated', they look like keyboard bashing. They create a cluster and pull out immediately when the trading activity is relatively dead
