the time is only 'correct' because of HOW prepumps work
what happens is they pick a shitcoin with nothing in the orderbook sell side, and set super high sells. When they announce their pump, they are hoping you will press marketbuy without looking at the massive difference between the buy and sell orders. Thats how you get those massive fucking pumps up 1,2,3,4000%.
Don't get scammed biz. Lose your money fairly in the free market, not like this.
