don't buy memecoins. pure trash, no future.
read the white paper of the crypto you are going to buy. google that shit if you dont know. read their website through, check market history, all that basic stuff.
twitter is the go-to platform for crypto devs, use it.

learn about cryptos in general (how a blockchain works etc) and how for ex. a tangle system differs from it (lots of info on google, just search. there is no certain must read stuff)

you can start with low sums from $100-$500 if you wanted to, really up to you. you can make good gains with low starting capital from crypto really easily. (for example, check neo & iot recent history). more money invested = more gains. I'd go for $1000-10k if you can but low sums work perfectly fine. when you're new don't go balls deep with thousands of dollars though.

buying crypto is easy as fuck. use kraken/coinbase for depositing eur/usd, but be wary of coinbase jew fees. kraken is much better in that sense. use bittrex/bitfinex for altcoins etc, and buy altcoins with eth/btc.

learn terminology, easily googled once again.
