How are you so sure the public even wants decentralized currency? What makes you think you can replace a millennia-old institution? What makes you think everybody else shares your autism in recording codes on paper or even digitally and backing up up to hundreds of thousands of dollars across hard drives, all of which are easily accessed, stolen, destroyed, and/or unrecoverable? The real FUD here is the strawman that crypto-delusionals have building around centralized currency.
