If you want USD (real money), you need an account on a site like Coinbase or Kraken that connects to a bank account. There you can "sell" your Bitcoin at market value to fiat dollars.

Convert XMR to BTC on an exchange that supports it. Send BTC to a wallet on something like coinbase. Exchange BTC for US Dollars. There. Please do the needful and get on it.
